Children policy Maksymalnie dwoje dzieci w jednym pokoju do lat 5 oraz śpiące razem z rodzicami w łóźku, przebywają nieodpłatnie . Dzieciom przebywającym nieodpłatnie nie przysługuje dodatkowe łóżko jak również pościel . Dzieci w wieku do lat 5 mogą skorzystać z istniejących łóżek lub dostawki zakupując pobyt w cenie 170 zł/doba . Dzieci w wieku 5 - 12 korzystają w obiekcie ze zniżek. Przy wyborze pobytu z dziećmi należy wprowadzić wiek dzieci przy rezerwacji, zaprezentują się dostępne rodzinne miejsca.

Pets policy W hotelu nie są akceptowane zwierzęta. Resort nie gwarantuje zakwaterowania osobie przyjeżdżającej ze zwierzęciem zgodnie ze statutem działania. Nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niedoczytanie informacji przez gościa. Rezerwacja może zostać anulowana bez zwrotu kosztów.

Parking informations Resort zapewnia miejsca parkingowe gościom na własnych parkingach oraz możliwość zaparkowania auta na parkingu obiektu znajdującym się 50 m. od obiektu przy pasie drogowym ulicy Poziomkowej szczególnie w warunkach zimowych. Po przyjeździe do hotelu miejsce parkingowe zostaje wskazane gościowi przy zameldowaniu dlatego do zameldowania prosimy nie zabierać bagaży. Recepcja znajduje się w budynku z przeszkloną fasadą oraz wieżą.
