Worth knowing

Prepare your car safely for a winter trip to the mountains; a higher vehicle with full drive will be useful because true winter and snowfalls await us at this altitude. A fairytale and once again a fairytale in snowy fluff!

There are ski lockers available outside; equipment can be stored in the car. We do not have a ski room.

The reception is not open 24 hours.

The hotel does not accept pets.

Please bring non-slip flip-flops for the pool and wellness area, as well as swimwear and changeable footwear for moving around the buildings.

Dzieciom przebywającym nieodpłatnie nie przysługuje dodatkowe łóżko jak również pościel . Dzieci w wieku do lat 5 mogą skorzystać z istniejących łóżek lub dostawki zakupując pobyt w cenie 170 zł/doba . Dzieci w wieku 5 - 12 korzystają w obiekcie ze zniżek. Przy wyborze pobytu z dziećmi należy wprowadzić wiek dzieci przy rezerwacji, zaprezentują się dostępne rodzinne miejsca.

Pets policy W hotelu nie są akceptowane zwierzęta. Resort nie gwarantuje zakwaterowania osobie przyjeżdżającej ze zwierzęciem zgodnie ze statutem działania. Nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niedoczytanie informacji przez gościa. Rezerwacja może zostać anulowana bez zwrotu kosztów.
